We (my husband and I) are considering buying property in a 55+ mobile park community in Florida. My parents with be the occupants (renting from us). We are not 55 yet, so it will be joint ownership/ sole survivor with my parents. That is the ony way this park will allow year round living. Meaning tht the occupants must be on the deed. Our only concern is that should one of them needs to be put in a nursing home or have some other health issues that we would loose our investment. Sny help on how to protect our investment would be greatly appreciated!
