south carolinaWhat is the name of your state?i had a verbal easement about 12 yrs ago to put my driveway on my neighbors property. he died and now the land is being sold through the court. how do i obtain an easement before the land is sold?

Make a NICE offer to the estate to buy the easement you need (and add a maintenance agreement) and this time, get it in writing and record it!
