What is the name of your state? ALABAMA
I own property that has no access and have been denied said access by relatives who own property to be crossed.
Doesn't the law say they have to grant access or do we have to buy it?

No, the law does not say that they have to grant you access. Those are the kinds of things you learn when you do due-diligence in purchasing property.

Talk to a real estate attorney where you purchased the land.

Either that, or buy a helicopter or a case of "Red Bull".

Well, if you are really, truely landlocked, then you might be able to acquire an easment by necessity -- but in any event, you'll need to take BB's advice and hire a real estate attorney to sort things out.
