If I signed a Legal Binding Contract to sell a piece of property and the buyer stated we would be closing within 30 days, but it has been over 150 days can I break this contract. If I can not break this contract would I be able raise the price if I knew the property is worth more after 5 months?

Best advice you could ever receive.

Whenever any principal(buyer or seller) intends to break or breach a contract, they NEED, MUST, ALWAYS seek counsel from a LAWYER......

NOTHING ELSE......
