What is the name of your state?I live in California. I just bought rural property in Nevada. Tho' I am making payments on this property, I am wondering what legal forms I should receive from the seller. Like a Warrenty Deed, Quitclaim deed, or? and would my name be on these papers? I am new to realestate so forgive my ignorance.
Thank you.

re:what forms do I receive from seller

The only thing we have signed thus far is a standard agreement of sale (real property sales contract).

We didn't go through an agent or use attorney.

Thank you.
