What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? california, we bought home in 1992, owner carried note for $80,000, owner quick claim to us. problem: made payments for 1 yr to bank account of owner (moved to florida), payment slips stolen from home, bank would not give info, had no way to locate owner, owner never called or wrote for 10 years (no payments made). now owner appears and wants $150.000 or foreclose, owner says to busy ? to contact us. what can we do....
