What is the name of your state?florida my question is how someone i know is going around & suing abandoned properties(whats he suing for?).and taking free title to them in 2-3 months.said he got his first 10 for free. id love to know.is this legal.thank you

Your friend is a liar. Just remember: there is no free lunch. Anyone who says there is a way to get rich quick and easy in real estate (or anything else, for that matter) is full of it. People who do make money buying up property and turning them over at a profit work their butts off to do it.
