What is the name of your state? Florida

sorry if i double posted

i had heard that they were considering changing the alimony laws in Florida to eliminate it if the party receiving the alimony was cohabitating or remarried

there was supposedly a bill in the senate

does anyone know if this passed ?

please advise

I don't know anything about the bill, but you can go to http://www.flsenate.gov/Statutes/ They have a way to search newer bills and laws.
