What is the name of your state? Indiana

Is there a deadline for the amount of time a Warrant is in effect if the person was never picked up? It is on a Criminal Matter (not paying fees and another not doing the Court ordered Community service).

Thanks.

Warrants do not have a statute of limitations and never go away. Some jurisdictions will remove some low level warrants after a period of time, usually 10 to 15 years.
