How can I change a deed restricting me from building on a piece of land I purchased? At the time the 15 year restriction worked for me but now things have changed and I want to sell the lake side lot. In order to make the lot marketable, I need to remove the restriction. How can I do this without the consent of the prior owner? I know it's been done before.
