My neighbor has a fence that separates our property. It has been there for 30+ years. It is an old barb wire fence with T-Posts. There is honeysuckle, trees, and brush taking the fence over. I politely asked my neighbor if I could burn it off, so it would make both properties look cleaner, however, he said it would ruin his fence. I worked 3 days last weekend trying to cut the weeds out and cleaning up all the trash that blows into it. Do I have any rights as far as going ahead and burning the fence row? Please help, manual labor is getting the best of me!
