My question pertains to Pennsylvania:

Is there a statute of limitations on contempt charges?

for being in contempt of a court order but no followup was done by petioner and no warrants have been issued for arrest. :confused:

I did some secret squirrel stuff to find out if I had any warrants out for my arrest and it turns out I didn't. I haven't rec'd any notices from the courts stated a warrant or bench warrant has been issued for my arrest for failure to comply.
