What is the name of your state? PA

We are a church - non-profit corporation - and have existed at our current site since 1937. Over the years people have donated or sold the land around us to us. We are now trying to sell the property. Each lot is described separately on one deed but the town is saying we must sell it all as one property due to a recent rezoning. Since each of our three lots are described separately on one deed can they make us sell our property as one unit?

Any help would be much appreciated

A: Yes, if that's what the zoning says; it makes no difference if you had bought a million lots at separate times over the past three hundred years. As long as they are all owned by one entity and are adjacent, you're stuck with the zoning laws.
