long story short a friend is starting a bad divorce, his wife is in and out of his life demanding sex, money and if he doesnt give in she calls 911 and accuses him of false violence. they granted him a trespass then took it back saying they made a mistake due to still married. now she put him in jail saying he hit her and blackened her eye/cheek, only thing he can think of is the door closing must of bumped it. he got out of jail to go home and shes in his condo, which she hasnt lived in for months and he even renewed lease in his name only, when she left the house they told him to go back to it, which he did, so she got mad and made up yet another story and got an emerg injunction and on top of that they told her she can take over his house as well as his belongings, now shes trashing the place with parties, tearing up his clothes, giving away his stuff and pawning his jewelry, even tore up his pics of his dead mom, ins papers and birth cert, he is helpless til a business day to get to an attorney, in the meantime hes responsible for the condo and is homeless, helpless, clothesless. she said if he would of paid her car payment none of this would of happened. how can they give someone someone elses home and possessions?? she even has his wallet and denies it so he has no proof who he is to even get money, license etc.. they wont even let him get his cat who is gonna starve. any ideas? please help, this man wouldnt hurt anyone, trust me this girl needed a beating many times and she didnt get it, so he wouldnt start now. hes another good guy finishing last, after all if shes soo afraid why is she showing up everytime he goes somewhere and alone?!?! she needs a therapist
