What is the name of your state?Montana
may be going into a contract for deed but first I would like advice
1st if the vendor goes into bankrupt is the vendee's property be included or is the contract safe
2nd the well is shared bye 3 propertys and we pay money each month what happens if well was to dry up
3rd we do plan on doing magor improvement to the property if something happens to the vendor or he wants to back out of contract what are our right

any addvice would be greatly appreciated

Why "Contract for deed"?

why "Contract for deed, why would you want to purchase in this manner, seems fraught with peril. And the well, if it drys up all of you have a problem to be mutally (or not) corrected
