30 day notice for non-payment of rent

My tenant owes $200.00 from March rent and has paid no rent for April. Total due is $950.00. I issued a 30 day notice for non payment of rent. The tenant is expected to move by May 15, 2005. Now the tenant wants security returned to her. Her security is $600.00. I informed her that no security would be returned because she still owes rent from March and April and will still be on my property until May.
