My question is if I buy a manufactured home will I build equity in a manufactured home if I am leasing the lot from the manufactured home comunity owners.

My response:

Only if there's an upsurge in the commodities market affecting aluminum prices. Otherwise, you're destined for old refrigerators, and beat up pick up trucks in your yard. You'll know when the market falls when saying things like "Yahoo!" becomes part of your everyday word usage.
