What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? CA

My ex has been paying me spousal and child support for the last 4 and a half years. Just recently, he refused to pay me. The actual due date is sept 30, 2010. He thinks I fraud him with a false paper by my lawyer. He didn't read before he signed the papers 5 years ago. What can I do if he stops paying me?

You will have to take him back to court for contempt.
