What is the name of your state?california we are purchasing a mobile home, and we are first time buyers, and it been an absolute nightmare, the sellers have been very difficult. can they force escrow to close any faster?? they are asking us to sign a statement claiming to stop all inspections within 24 hours, our lender is sending an inspector to check the foundation, and they are rushing us! escrow is due to close in 11 days. can they still force us to sign this paper??

No ....no no...if contract say 30 days (whatever) and you have 11 days
to go, use those days to do inspection if you suspect something in the foundation. but depending on your contract too, you may have to release
inspection contingecy (default is 17 days after acceptance of offer)
so my question is why do inspection this late in escrow ????
