What is the name of your state? Florida

My sister and I own 4 lots in florida together. We want to divide them off to two lots each. I' ve been told I need to draft a Quit claim deed to my sister to remove my interest on two lots. and she will quit claim deed the other two lots to me to remove her interest. Seems simple enough. I am single She is married. She just notfied me that she wants to put her husbands name on the two lots she is getting. Does a third Quit claim deed need to be drafted deeding from herself to herself and her husband,or can I just add his name on to the quit claim deed from me to her?
