What is the name of your state? New Jersey

My home is on a flag lot. My access is via what is called in the deed a 30 foot wide "absolute easement, over, under, above" as the deed states. It also is depicted on 2 survey maps.
It is thru the edges of 2 neighbors property. One new neighbor is claiming he will plant trees and bushes within the 30 foot easement. Question: Is absolute legally defined? Can I loose some or any of this easement? What does absolute mean? Thanks
