My mom passed away in NC on 11-13-03. My brother has property in SC which has a Deed of Trust attached that is in my mother's name. He can't get it re-financed because it is not his primary residence and because of credit problems. His tennant can't buy it because of insufficient income. How can I get this Deed of Trust satisfied without him refinancing the loan? I am at my wits end and only have 7 days left until we have to present the final accounting of her estate. (I am the executrix). Thanks for any advice there is.......
