I am selling a house, and the buyers called me and said that their lawyer told them that they needed to sign paperwork at their office, and that I needed to sign paperwork with my lawyer. I thought that only 1 lawyer was needed to close on a home. I don't feel that I should have to pay my lawyer to sell the house. Is this correct, or is the lawyer correct? Thank you. :confused:
