Basketball hoops block sidewalk access to handicap. City has a statute that if you call they will tag the hoops and come back in 7 days to see if the hoop has been moved off the sidewalk. If it is not, they will take the hoop. Of course they never come back and now it is a joke, people just ignore the hoops all together. So is it possible to sue the city to get them to actually enforce their own statute???
