I am 50 years old and will be getting a hearing date for my ssdi soon. I recieved a letter stating that my case was moved to Philly. and that I may be asked to do a hearing via vidio. my lawer referes to do it in person which I do have that option. He told me that it is very common for judges to offer ssdi from your 50th birthday as I would lose a few months of retro. but I would win. what is your input on this matter? As I do have all the medical info that is needed. thanks papa smurf
