recently we were trying to put up a fence on our property .we know these people have a 15 ft right of way over our property to there house. so we decided to put up a fence on both sides of the road so he cant come over in our grass he has taken out our posted every time what do you all think about this. were not blocking him from getting to his house.he trying to take more than the 15 ft right away

If the fence is not within the 15 feet then call the police the next time he does this and take photos. File destruction of private property against him.
