I live in Washington & am getting ready to file chapter 7 bankruptcy before time runs out. I am filing myself w/out hiring a lawyer as I am on a time crunch obviously & can't save up the money for one. One of the things I have to file on is a civil judgement brought upon me by an ex-landlord in Nevada. Do I need to list them or the court where the case is from as the debtor? I have no idea their address or phone number, should the court where the case was have it?
