Any judgment entered where the Court lacks either 'personal jurisdiction' over parties , or 'subject matter jurisdiction' of the action , is a 'void judgment' , 'void ab itinio' ,void from it's inception . Void judgments can not be enforced , and can be attacked at any time , in any court .
