I sent a girl I was seeing a text message over my phone calling her a "shifty, dishonest, whore" and she "needs to get help". She calls me back screaming at me saying she has her parents involved and they "know people in Vegas who deal with things like this." She is very emotionally unstable.

I was wondering if I can be sued under any law, libel, defamantion, harassment, or some sort of emotional damage.

I go to college, and I am curious if this is grounds for expullsion.
