WHAT FORUM WOULD A GO TO TO FIND OUT A PERJURY?

My response:

First, you need to complete your education. That way, you'll learn how to write a proper sentence. When you've gone back to school, then come back here and we'll help you.

perjury is a criminal matter. that would be tried in a superiour court.

perjury is a criminal matter, there are many parts to that charge. if it was associated with false sworn statement, you should get a lawyer, it is an inditable charge. Look up false sworn statements, in the criminal law books.
