What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Georgia

We have separate accounts, nothing joint at all, and file taxes as married but separate filings.

I am taking out a small business loan to start a company, and then will hire my spouse and pay him as an employee. The Company will be in my name alone.

How would we set this up so that my husband's spending-addicted ex-wife cannot set judgements for increased support against him or me? We would like to set this up so that the company itself is a third-party and is untouchable by this greedy person.

Thank you.
