I purchased a piece of property knowing that the adjacent parcel is an easment. This easment is owned by the county and is known as a paper street. No street was ever put in and due to other development can not be put in. While asking to start the process of vacating the property i was informed that 4 years prior the city of was interested inthe property. The city has not come to me with an offer to buy me out, it has been one year since they were informed of my intentions of aquering this property. I am tired of waiting. I live in California and would like to shake the cage what can i do?
