What is the name of your state? Texas
Not sure if I have chosen the correct forum for this question but here it goes.
My repair man says he was arrested (approx. a year ago) for trespassing on some property and was taken to jail for a night.
He says when he went to court he was able to show proof of ownership of the property by producing a deed
and the judge dismissed the case but the arrest is on his record
He wants to know:
1.) will it affect his ability to be hired
2.) how he can have it removed from his record
Hey, I know this sounds weird. I am not sure if I am hearing the "whole" story. The man is a nice guy, an American but born in another country, and good at stretching the truth. I promised
I would ask the question.
thanks
