I attended a judicial arbitration recently. The decision was a partial success; however, it does require me to pay some of the plaintiff's claim. My question: If I decide to accept the arbitration, does this automatically mean there's a judgment on my credit report for the next seven years?

No. But it could be reported.... especially if you fail to pay as promised. Why not just eliminate the concern by including a clause of 'no report unless breach'??
