What is the name of your state?missouri i am going through a morage store to get money to consalidate my bills my mom and dad owned home before and signed it over to me the morgage place says that in order for me to get the loan they will have to make the check out to them the house is in my name already with showing i owe nothing i was wondering if they make the check out to mom and dad will they have to pay taxes on it
