was divorced 15 years ago and kept title to condo where my mom lived. we just never signed a quitclaim at that time. need to sell property now. i've paid all of the bills since day 1. ex-spouse nowhere to be found or heard from in 15 years, so can't get quitclaim. how do i get clear deed in my name only???

File an action to quiet title in your name.
