I went online applied for payday loans. All of a sudden i realized multiple companies are depositing into my account. I can not pay all this at one time. So i closed that account and reopened another one. I know bc i have been bagged with hot checks before that if they have a check then its issuance of hot check but with a payday loan over the internet is that the samething or is it just a debt. I got four loans and i got there money but like i said i closed it it bc they want me to pay back the interest even tho i called them as soon as i noticed. :rolleyes: **** that im not giving them **** so can they forward it as fraud or theft or just to collections?

What the heck is a hot check?

What were the credit arrangements you agreed to online? You may be open to fraud, theft, and collections depending on what the notes say. Please clarify, and this time speak English.

:mad: a "hot" check is a bounced check!

and no they can only refer to collection agencies unless i make a check out directly to them i called my "DA's" office. And in case u need help with that one it's district attorney ;)

We don't call it a hot check at my bank.

Sorry, I was a little harsh yesterday. I was in a bad mood and shouldn't have taken it out on you. I'm glad you got an answer.
