My middle school child was denied a school lunch even though he had his cash money. He was told that becasue he didn't have a code they wouldn't sell him lunch. He wasn't told how or where to get a code, just told they wouldn't serve him. He has paid cash for his lunch on a daily basis for over 4 months with no problem. When we enrolled him in the school w weren't given any information about any code requirement to buy lunch. Is ther a law against not feeding my child while in the schools care?
