What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? NY
So I was written up for a Disorderly Conduct violation last week. The problem is that I no longer live in NY (even though I still have a NY driver's license), and can't possibly be back for the court date (but I could come back a few weeks later). What can I do to postpone my court date? Any advice/suggestions much apreciated-
