Which Felony convictions can be expunged. My concern is related to battery without great harm, contrib to delinq of minor, and child abuse... Can these felonies be expunged in the state of Florida? These are the numbers I find on my report - FXXD82704, MXXD827043, MXXD78403. What is the procedure to do this? if possible and can I do this on my own without an atty? how long is the process. I have been turned down for an apartment and will be changing jobs soon and I am really concerned with the checks that they are doing..
