What is the name of your state? California

my grandmother recently passed away and all my family is wondering how to bring her late husband's remains (bones) from the philippines to california. are there any legal repercussions for doing this or any legal obstacles my family has to deal with first? and if anyone knows, what is the procedure of bringing someone's remain's from a foreign country into the US? thanks to whoever replies

You'd need to deal with the Phillipine consulate/embassy, I believe. There's a buttload of paperwork, plus assorted fees.

No shell need to deal with the department of homeland security. Plus HER CURRENT STATUS.
