Online Casino Affiliate Program Under 18 Question

I have a friend who is 16 and is looking to become an affiliate for a well known gambling site. Is it legal to advertise and market another companies gambling site and software? Or is it illegal to own a website that just advertises another casino?

Nope, you can put anything you want to on a web site (except obvious things, such as child porn...)

I would check with the casino's affiliate program guidelines to see how they handle someone under 18...in general, you can market anything you want, as long as it's not a controlled substance (and you can get away with it in some cases then)...
