n NJ, my motorcycle and another was stolen from an outside parking garage. The owner of the building has informed me that I park at my own risk and they are not going to pursue an insurance claim. Does it make since to bring legal action against the building or the company I work for? I do not have theft insurance on my motorcycle.

The company I work for rents from COSCO. The building has a security person at the front door and is in the process of installing electric wooden gates for the parking garage. A car was recently stolen and the building did not inform my company. The parking is not open to the public.
