 What is the name of your state?

Alabama

I so wish I did not buy this place with another person. My question is this...What is the difference between using "and" or "or" in purchasing property together? Do I have to worry about this other idiot taking out a loan by themselves using our home as collateral or will it take both our signatures either way?

Thanks for any assist.
