What is the name of your state? Michigan Oceana County
I am the Township Clerk I would like to know what a Adopted Policy Power
is? The Planning Commission wants the Supervisor to have the Township Board to adopt a Resolution to revise NonZoning Ordinance on Single Family Dwellings? Is this Legal?

My response:

Despite the fact that Oceana County has a population of only 23 people, surely, one of them MUST be "County Counsel". Right?
