Can a church or private group sell homes, land, and condos in a subdivsion that they own and only sell to members of that group? if they do not pay for advertisments?

**A: your question is too general and overly broad. There are specifc Federal and State laws that govern fair housing and subdivision and condominium sales.

Is that yes we can buy land and subdivide it and no we can not only sell to church members? because what I am reading is that yes we can sell to only church members if we do not advertise it to the community for sale?
