tricky easement question

What is the name of your state? Florida

For the seasoned pros....What happens when a property owner entering an easement sells his property--before signing the easement? It's a private road easement that took years to work out and there are over twenty property owners involved. Finally, we have an easement signed by everyone, only to find out that one of the owners has changed. The new owner is willing to sign, but she is not named as a party in the first paragraph, which says that the previous owner "is the owner of parcel X." Can the new owner just sign it anyway???
