What is the name of your state?Pennsylvania. Can someone turn their land over to someone else with out the receiver signing any legal papers?If this is possible does the receiver have to sign papers to give the land back?

Why would you want to do something like that?

If you are trying to get the property out of your name, for bankruptcy purposes, then that would be bankruptcy fraud.
