i was convicted of shoplifting approx.1 year ago @the age of 18, retail theft($40), i was arreasted, but didnt go to jail, they just gave me a notice to appear in court.in court i plead no-contest, i was given 6 months probation with early termination/10hrs of community service/and all the fees, which i compleated everything within the first month i recieved it.in court the judge said somthing about judication witheld or somthing along those lines, anyways its approximately 1 year later, and im looking to get a new job, and i dont want this to hinder my abality to get hired, so i would like to expunge it from my record.

-is this possible?
-what steps should i take to get this procedure over with?
