my child hasnt seen her father since september 2004.. he doesnt call or pay child support.. I want him out of her life. so that he doesnt decide to play the father role one day and confuse her and screw up her life.. can i file abandoment charges and when can i do this? and how do i do this. i have only heard of this. not sure if i can do this..
